Biography

Chloe Grahek is a ceramic artist working in alternative mold making, slip-casting and hand building methods. Graduated with a BFA from the Frostic School of Art at western Michigan University in spring 2024. While attending workshops throughout the summer months. She is currently spending the year at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville completing a post-baccalaureate program.  Born November 12th, 2000, and raised in Spring Lake Michigan. Current studio research is focused on examining the act of collecting and mania associated with Beanie babies, barbies, and McDonald toys to be specific with the universal language that surrounds these objects.
